Functional advantages
  • Build size 200×200×450 mm can fully exert the SEBM advantages of stacked printing.

  • The electron gun has a beam power of 6kW that can quickly preheat the powder bed of 200×200 mmup to 1100℃ above and significantly improve printing efficiency.

  • The minimum beam diameter is less than 100μm that can meet the printing needs of high-precision parts.

  • The filament lifespan is greater than 500 hours that can meet the continuous and long-term printing requirements for large-size parts or mass production of parts.

  • The electron gun cathode and auxiliary cathode are both made of tungsten material, which has good durability and is conducive to low-cost manufacturing of parts.

  • Variable energy density preheating technology achieves uniform and consistent heating temperature of substrate and powder bed in the forming area.

  • The down powder-feeding technology allows for real-time monitoring of powder residue, improving the accuracy and stability of powder extraction and spreading, and reducing requirement for powder fluidity during printing process.

  • Purer parts are formed in vacuum environment with low oxygen increment; Greater design freedom,less dependence on support and no subsequent heat treatment.
